When Contacting Support
To help us investigate your issue as quickly as possible, please include:- Your SERPtag account email address.
- Whether you’re using the REST API or SERPtag MCP.
- The AI application you’re using (Cursor, Claude Desktop, VS Code, Windsurf, etc.), if applicable.
- The endpoint or feature you’re trying to use.
- The full error message or HTTP status code (for example 401, 403, or 429).
- A sample request, if possible.
Security Notice
Never send your complete API key in an email or support request.
If we need to identify your key, only send the beginning of it, for example:
