The SERPtag REST API is organized around simple GET endpoints that return structured JSON responses. Every request must include a valid API key. If you haven’t configured authentication yet, see the Authentication guide.

List Projects

Returns every project associated with your account.

Get Project

Returns detailed information for a single project.

Project Statistics

Returns overall statistics for your account, including project counts, keyword usage, and limits.

Top 10 Keywords

Returns every keyword currently ranking between positions 1–10 across all of your projects.

Keywords

List Project Keywords

Returns the keywords tracked within a project.

Returns historical ranking positions for a keyword.

Returns project performance data for a selected date range.

Tips

Before making requests, keep these recommendations in mind.

Retrieve your project IDs using the List Projects endpoint.
Retrieve keyword IDs using the List Project Keywords endpoint.
Use the limit and offset query parameters when working with large keyword lists.
All dates must use the YYYY-MM-DD format.
Every request must include a valid API key. make the SERPtag API docs feel much more premium than most SEO tools.
